It seems the latest trend in fine dining is the farm dinner where a very well regarded local chef cooks a multi-course meal using the freshest ingredients from a local farm, i.e., beef, lamb, in-season vegetables, herbs, etc.  This is a pretty cool idea, but these events are generally way too expensive.  The Heavy Table attempts to understand the cost, but the expense disclosure provided still...
